I did tons and tons of research about breathing, different breathing exercises and how the body is influenced by our breath.  It was truly an enlightening experience and gave me a deeper insight into the importance of our breath, our immune system and how we interact with our environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This simple breathing exercise I picked up in my studies and I&#8217;ve been doing it ever since.
